About Orchard View Coaching
Orchard View Coaching, Facilitation & Mediation offers a safe and gentle environment to discuss the challenges you are experiencing at home or at work. I use trauma-informed methods, guided by my background in education and the law. This is an LGBTQ2S+ friendly space, with a particular interest in helping women and those who identify as women to progress in their work or personal lives. I have experience with First Nations communities, those who are survivors of abuse and trauma, people with disabilities, and newcomers and immigrants. I happily work with those who are still learning English, and can accommodate a lower-English level in our meetings and homework tasks.
All sessions take a pragmatic, practical approach to problem solving, guided by the desire to get the root of an issue, address issues in ways that seem feasible, and avoiding complicated, multi-step approaches and jargon. All sessions are conducted online via video-conference, unless accommodations are necessary, in which case in person meetings can be discussed.
